As a long time fitness enthusiast, Ray has always known that his passion and drive would lead him to the fitness industry. With an in-depth knowledge of strength conditioning and muscle building, he is able to develop personal programs that meet the needs of his clients at all levels of fitness, including athlete specific training for both pre and post season sports throughout the year.

American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer (ACE), CPR

Specialties: Sports conditioning; Strength training; Core conditioning; Weight loss

Other: Currently attending classes for Kinesiology; Future certification with the American Council of Sports Medicine


Allison
Having the experience and knowledge of what it takes to make life changes is Allison’s strength. A busy mother of 3, she understands how challenging it can be to make fitness a priority when time and energy are not always on your side. Through her education and a passion for leading a healthy life, she can help develop a program that works within your busy lifestyle, and provide you the tools necessary to make health and fitness a permanent part of your future.

Liz, owner of Uniquely Fit with Friends, has been leading people to healthier lives for over 15 years in the Seacoast New Hampshire, and North Shore Massachusetts area.
